Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available yet.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of Rs. 799 and above
- A flat Rs. 50 shipping charge on orders below Rs. 799
- Free in-store pickup at our Kaloor store in Kochi
Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, and a little longer for remote areas. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS when your order ships.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals or other events outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times. We will keep you informed if this happens.
In-store pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order from Sizzlinggal, No:54/74, Palakkapalli Tower, Kaloor-Kadavanthra Road, Kumaranasan Jn., Cochin 682017. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we will notify you when yours is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.
Address and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, and the re-shipping charge will be payable by you.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
