Refund policy

At Sizzlinggal, every saree is checked by hand and packed carefully before it leaves our Kochi store. Because colour and drape are personal choices, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or colour preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

We will make it right. To help us process your claim quickly:

  1. Record an unboxing video. Start recording before you open the parcel and record continuously, without cuts or pauses, from the sealed package (with the shipping label visible) until the saree is fully unfolded and the issue is clearly shown.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 85471 22985 or by email at sizzlinggal07@gmail.com with your order number, the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Keep the saree unused, unwashed and in its original packing and tags while we review your claim.

Once your claim is approved, you can choose:

  • An exchange for the same saree, or a similar one of equal value if it is out of stock, or
  • A full refund, issued after we receive the returned saree. We will reimburse return shipping up to Rs. 50.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the returned saree reaching us.

Claims we cannot accept

  • Claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Claims without a continuous unboxing video
  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered or had tags removed
  • Slight colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings. These are natural and are not considered defects.
  • Minor irregularities in weave or print, which are characteristic of cotton sarees

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards and net banking). Cash on Delivery is not available.
